public class ExplicitBooleanOptionHandler
extends OptionHandler<Boolean>

Boolean OptionHandler that (unlike the standard BooleanOptionHandler allows values to be set to false explicitly (using e.g. '-myOpt false') rather than only returning false when the option is omitted.
